Die BR 18 201

Für die Erprobung der Laufgüte neuer Fahrzeuge und als Bremslokomotive, benötigte die Versuchsanstalt Halle nach dem Kriege schnelle Lokomotiven. Dabei entstand die BR 18201, die im wesentlichen aus Schnellfahr – Tenderlok BR 61002, der H 45 024 (Hochdruck – Verbund – Kohlestaub – Kondens – Lok) und dem Kessel der BR 22 erbaut wurde.
